21X hosts inaugural On-chain Capital Markets Summit, celebrating a new era for capital markets

Frankfurt, Germany – September 25, 2025: 21X, the world’s first exchange fully regulated to operate in the EU that enables smart contract-based matching and settlement of financial instruments on the blockchain, is hosting its inaugural On-chain Capital Markets Summit on the evening of October 1, 2025, at the magnificent New Opera House in Frankfurt.

The exclusive invitation-only event – limited to 250 esteemed industry executives and guests – is a celebration of the firm’s successful exchange launch in early September and a testament to the powerful partnerships that are driving the future of on-chain capital markets. The summit is a pivotal event to mark the coming of a new era where financial instruments will be traded and settled on-chain.

In the opulent surroundings of the Frankfurt opera house, guests will not only engage in cutting-edge discussions but also be treated to cultural highlights, including a special performance by one of the venue’s prominent opera singers.

The full program is curated to offer deep insights into the blueprint for institutional adoption of blockchain technology. The evening’s program includes:

Keynote addresses:

  • Max J. Heinzle, 21X: The future of capital markets is on-chain
  • Peter Hughes, Apex Group: Have we reached the inflection point for the success of tokenized funds?

One-to-one interview:

  • Fernando Vazquez, Chainlink: Why true multi-chain Integration Is the future of web3 and 21X

  • Panel 1: Building the on-chain capital market stack: A blueprint for institutional adoption – with speakers from d-fine, Stellar, and VanEck, moderated by YPOG.
  • Panel 2: Is enterprise finance ready to go on-chain and what role do ERP systems, security rails, and public blockchains each play in making it possible? – with speakers from SAP, Fireblocks, Solana, and moderated by 21X

The event is proudly supported by 21X key partners and sponsors who are at the forefront of the on-chain revolution, including Apex Group, Chainlink, d-fine, Fireblocks, Franklin Templeton, Solana, SAP, Stellar, VanEck and YPOG.

“We are incredibly excited about this upcoming event,”

said Max J. Heinzle, CEO of 21X. “This summit is a coming together of our entire ecosystem. We are gathering our dedicated 21X staff, our steadfast investors, our critical partners, and esteemed VIPs and institutional corporations to celebrate a monumental achievement.

“The launch of our exchange was a true ‘Spotify moment’ for capital markets where, for the very first time, a security trade is settled atomically, peer-to-peer, in real-time. This event is a fitting tribute to the collective effort that made it possible, and we look forward to highlighting the important relationships with our partners and collectively paving the way for the future of finance.”
