21X AG Rulebook Amendment Announcement – August 2026

21X AG hereby confirms the publication of amendments to the 21X AG Rulebook.

This Rulebook release introduces the new Order Conditions and Order Validity framework, providing greater flexibility in order execution. In addition, the update includes:

• Clarified definitions and terminology.
• Restructured Order Management and pre-funding provisions.
• Updated tokenization, settlement, and custody provisions to reflect the current 21X operating model.
• Editorial improvements, updated cross-references, and consistency enhancements throughout the Rulebook.
